Replit Agent can help assemble a go-to-market workbench, but the useful deliverable is the reviewed app: one approved campaign brief feeding three parallel functions for competitor analysis, marketing drafts and landing-page copy. This guide supplies the complete Node 22 reference app and a way to check its source, costs, access and outputs. It is a documentation-based build; BIG CHANGE has not run it in Replit or made a paid model request.
## The big change
- **What changed:** Replit Agent's task board supports isolated background build tasks that an owner can inspect and apply to the main project. The reference below divides a full GTM app into data and authorization, three concurrent AI branches, and owner review and export.
- **Why it matters:** A saved, immutable brief and branch receipts let the owner compare every draft with the same approved product claims and dated competitor observations. The app offers email, social, ad and landing drafts without sending a campaign.
- **What to watch:** Strict JSON and citation IDs check structure, not truth. Before paying for a run or releasing the app, the owner must verify source rights, model access and price, provider usage, database targets, Invite only access and each edited approval.
## Prepare the real campaign and spending boundary
Choose a product you are authorized to market, its intended audience and an exact HTTPS call-to-action URL. Write current product facts as `C#` cards with authoritative source references. Write permitted, dated competitor observations as `E#` cards with their exact HTTPS URLs. The app accepts these records as owner input; it neither fetches competitor sites nor establishes that a statement is true. Keep gaps where the evidence does not support a comparison. Do not paste customer secrets or rights-restricted material into the brief.
Every paid run sends the **complete** saved campaign, including claims and competitor observations, to the configured OpenAI Responses API **three times**, once for each branch. Obtain approval for that data destination and review the [current API data controls](https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/your-data). The reference sends `store:false`, which does not establish universal zero retention. Replit Agent work, published compute and database use, and the BYOK provider can each incur charges. Check the actual [Replit spend controls](https://docs.replit.com/billing/managing-spend) and provider project limits before a run. The app's ten-runs-per-day limit is a soft application gate, not a cost ceiling.
This reference uses a server-side **BYOK** OpenAI key, separate from [Replit-managed AI Integrations](https://docs.replit.com/features/integrations/replit-ai-integrations). Set an explicit `GTM_MODEL` only after checking its current Responses strict-JSON support, price and availability to the actual account. There is no default. The [GPT-4.1 Mini model page](https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/models/gpt-4.1-mini) marks the former default Deprecated. If the chosen route is unresolved, stop before a billable request.
## Give Replit Agent the full build
Create a new Node 22 Replit web project. In [Agent Plan mode](https://docs.replit.com/features/agent/overview), give it the entire file tree below and this request. The [task board](https://docs.replit.com/features/agent/task-board) can work on isolated parts, but inspect each Ready task, its file changes and tests before applying it to one main version. Reconcile the SQL, API and UI together. A static mockup or single prompt does not meet this app's three-function contract.
```text
Build the complete twelve-file Node 22 GTM workbench below. Preserve the immutable campaign and source hashes, owner authorization and Origin checks, three concurrent BYOK Responses branches with dispatch-before-bill attempt receipts, exact edited approvals and gated safe HTML export. Plan separable tasks for Postgres/auth, model branches and owner UI/tests. Review each isolated Ready task before applying to main. Do not call the provider, migrate a database or publish during construction. Show the combined diff and offline test results for owner review.
```
Create all twelve named files at the project root. The reference pins Express 5.3.0 and `pg` 8.23.1 with a lockfile. Its `server.mjs` owns API, database and provider calls; the browser receives neither credentials nor generated HTML. Run `npm ci` and `npm test` on the development project. The eleven reviewed tests use synthetic inputs and DOM/fetch simulations; they do not prove a live browser, database, provider result or deployment. Inspect Agent's actual combined code against the source before moving on.
In Replit's secret editor, configure the *development* `DATABASE_URL`, `OPENAI_API_KEY`, `GTM_OWNER_PASSWORD_HASH` created by `npm run hash-password`, a random `GTM_SESSION_KEY` of at least 32 characters, exact HTTPS preview `GTM_ORIGIN`, and the explicitly verified `GTM_MODEL`. Record secret names, never values, in the private acceptance record. `npm run migrate` first reports its target host/database without credentials and exits. Compare that readback with the intended development database, then use its printed `--confirm=<host>/<db>` argument and read back the tables. [Replit's development and production database guide](https://docs.replit.com/features/data-and-storage/development-and-production) explains why the targets and publish-time schema/data decision require separate checks. Start with `npm start`, check `/healthz`, and test owner login in the HTTPS preview.
## Run and review the three branches
Replace all blank example fields with the real approved `C#` and `E#` records. Save the campaign and re-read its immutable input and SHA-256. Fix an input mistake by saving a new campaign. Before selecting **Run three model branches**, confirm the provider's actual budget and the right to send the whole brief. The server writes the run and each branch attempt, records `dispatched` before a potentially billable call, then starts `competitive`, `assets` and `landing` concurrently against one campaign snapshot. It waits for all three, retains provider IDs and usage, and makes no automatic retry. If the browser disconnects or the run is incomplete, inspect the saved attempts and provider usage before considering another run. A network error alone cannot establish that no call was billed.
Read the competitive result against every cited, dated `E#` source; do not turn a model inference into a market measurement. Check the email, social and ad drafts against the exact `C#` product claims, audience, rights and channel rules. Check the landing headline, subhead, sections and exact CTA against those same approved claims. Edit the draft JSON or decline it. Four explicit review checks and an approval hash belong to each branch. Only three distinct completed, approved branches unlock the private downloadable landing HTML. The exporter escapes text and does not place model HTML or scripts into the page. Open the actual downloaded file at desktop and phone sizes, inspect the CTA and content, and record any hold. Downloading a file does not publish a site or send marketing.
The owner UI clears an old brief, results and export when a different campaign or run is selected; it also ignores delayed responses whose ID or hash no longer matches. This matters when a slow paid completion or approval arrives after navigation. The offline UI tests exercise those races with simulated responses. The real owner must still check them in a browser at the intended URL.
## Check restricted publication and recovery
Review Replit's [Publishing controls](https://docs.replit.com/features/publishing/overview), the proposed build revision and production schema/data separately from development. Choose [Invite only](https://docs.replit.com/features/publishing/private-deployments) and inspect effective invited users, groups and workspace administrators before publishing. The app's password and expiring session are an additional owner gate. A live access-mode change may require unpublishing and republishing, so verify the audience at the actual URL. This guide does not authorize BIG CHANGE to publish the reader's app.
At that URL, record an invited owner success and denied uninvited, wrong-password, expired-session and wrong-Origin cases. Check saved campaign hash, all three attempt and response receipts, edited approvals, export gate, downloaded file, actual provider usage and account charges. Keep a failed, refused, incomplete or transport-uncertain branch unresolved until the receipts and usage explain it. Pause new runs for an access, data or billing discrepancy. Restore only a reviewed code revision and an appropriate database snapshot under the owner's authority, then repeat the affected access, source, branch and export checks. Replit checkpoints and production data need separate recovery decisions.
Keep this record privately. Fill it from observations; a blank or failed field is a hold. Record IDs, hashes, dates and usage without exposing keys, cookies or unpublished source text.

The full source follows. Each file is a separate labelled copy box. The reference was independently checked as documentation-only, including eleven offline synthetic tests; those results are not a report of running a Replit project. For a related but different task, see BIG CHANGE's [first release of an existing Replit app](https://bigchange.ai/blog/replit-agent-existing-app-first-release-guide), [private real-data dashboard](https://bigchange.ai/blog/replit-agent-private-dashboard-real-data-guide), and [Claude brand kit and landing page](https://bigchange.ai/blog/claude-brand-kit-landing-page-launch-video-guide). This build is not a dated continuation of any of them.
## Complete copyable reference app
Copy every named box, including the lockfile and tests, into the project root. Do not insert keys into these files. The source is a reviewed reference, not a deployed app or an observed market result.
